Here's a set of pictures showing the main character models in different poses, with their joints clearly visible. These might have been used by the graphic artists of Sonic Team to present their creations before they were implemented in the game.
Taken from the Dreamcast Digital Presskit given away at the N�rnberges Spielwaren Messe 1999 fair (February 3, 1999).

| 3D model of Amy Rose. In the first picture her eyes are completely black instead of green and she's holding the Pico Pico Hammer in her normal standing pose, which never happens in the game since it just disappears after being used. |
